Requirements.
To avoid delays, please review the artwork requirements before submitting your order. Meeting these guidelines means faster production and better print results.
Supported file types.
Preferred — print-ready with embedded fonts and CMYK colour
.AI
Adobe Illustrator source file — include links and fonts
.EPS
Vector format, CMYK, embedded fonts
.PNG
Minimum 300 DPI at final print size, transparent background where required
Print specifications.
Colour mode
CMYK. We will convert RGB files to CMYK. Colours may shift. For accurate results, supply files in CMYK.
Resolution
Minimum 300 DPI at final print size. Lower-resolution files will be flagged before production.
Bleed
3mm bleed beyond the trim edge on all sides.
Safe zone
Keep all critical content at least 5mm inside the trim edge.
Fonts
Outline all fonts before saving. Do not rely on system fonts.
Dieline fitting
BrandDash fits all artwork to the product dieline. Supply print-ready art or a creative brief — we handle placement.
Non-compliant artwork
If your artwork does not meet these requirements, our team will contact you before production begins. This may delay your order. If BrandDash is required to reformat or correct your artwork, an additional artwork preparation fee will apply.
How to submit artwork
Upload artwork directly in the quote form, or email your files to orders@branddash.co.za after receiving your confirmation email. Reference your order number in the subject line.
